The PGA TOUR returns to the mainland in Southern California as play gets under way at PGA West. Hudson Swafford defends his title in a tournament that has yielded five first-time winners in the last 11 years.
The Stadium Course at PGA West, the host course for the CareerBuilder Challenge, and part of a three-course rotation, takes place in La Quinta, California. It features pro-am play along with tournament play for the first 54 holes. In 2017, Hudson Swafford won his first PGA TOUR tournament.
