Cameron Smith has moved up in the Official World Golf Ranking after winning the Players Championship on Monday.
The Australian, who carded a closing six-under-par 66 to win golf’s ‘fifth Major’ by one shot, climbs from 10th place to sixth.

South Africa’s Erik van Rooyen moved up from 63rd to 59th in the ranking following his T13 finish at the Players where he shot six under.
Louis Oosthuizen remains the highest-ranked South African at No 13. He came T42 at TPC Sawgrass (two under).
