Brandon Stone posted a bogey-free 67 to hit the summit with five others at the Oman Open as he goes in search of another European Tour victory.
For the third straight day he birdied the 10th which came after two gains in his outward loop to keep moving up the leaderboard.
Stone then came in with two more gains as he put himself in the mix.
‘It was a very solid round that was very consistent and to be bogey free again is sensational for me,’ he said.
‘It’s been three amazing days on a great golf course with plenty of good scoring.
‘I’ll probably head to the gym tonight and do some recovery work and maybe have a cup of coffee and an early dinner. I might watch a movie and I’m sure the wife will have something planned for dinner and then back on it tomorrow.’
