Jordan Spieth and Matt Wallace are set to battle it out in Sunday’s final round as shared leaders of the Valero Texas Open.
The pair completed Saturday’s third round on 12 under par for the week and hold a two-shot lead over their nearest contender.
Both players shot respective rounds of five-under-par 67 on moving day to make their move for the summit of the leaderboard at TPC San Antonio.
Their performances managed to get the better of overnight leader Cameron Tringale, who went one over par for his third round.

READ: Van Rooyen makes his Texas Open move
Fellow American Charley Hoffman will start Sunday’s final round in third place on ten under as Spieth and Wallace’s biggest competitor.
South Africa’s Erik van Rooyen unfortunately failed to capitalise on his excellent second round to settle for an even-par display on Saturday.
Van Rooyen, though, is still in with a shot in T10 and will be hoping to improve on his current score of five under par.
Branden Grace went two under for his third round performance to move to even par for the week, while Charl Schwartzel settled for a two-over-par 74.
