Three-time Major champion Vijay Singh has been slammed by a tour pro for his participation at the Korn Ferry Challenge at TPC Sawgrass in June.
Brady Schnell took to Twitter and ripped into the Fijian for his involvement in what is a development tour for the PGA Tour.

The challenge will be the first event as part of the Korn Ferry Tour’s revised schedule following the disruptions caused by the Covid-19 pandemic to the golfing schedule.
‘Hey @VijaySinghGolf you are a true piece of trash if you [accept] money playing in a Korn Ferry Tour event and I’ll say it right to your face,’ read a Tweet by the 35-year-old, who has yet to earn his PGA Tour card.
‘I think COVID or no COVID this would be a big deal. It’s just Vijay being Vijay. Selfish,’
‘It’s not about pocketbooks … There are valuable points AND money on the line, both of which he doesn’t need,’ he added.
The series of Tweets have since been deleted by Schnell, though the 57-year-old Singh was yet to give a response of his own and if he is going ahead with his plans of competing at the event.
