Jayden Schaper put his name and the country’s flag on top at the iconic TPC Sawgrass as he won the Junior Players Championship.
The highly-rated youngster was two back making the turn but held his nerve for a one-shot victory as pressure gripped the contenders.
Schaper put together rounds of 69-71-70 to triumph.

There’s an awfully long way to go still but his name will now be in the running to join the likes of Brooks Koepka, Justin Thomas and Jordan Spieth as players to play in the main event after experiencing the course as an amateur.
