Aaron Rai notched up his second European Tour title when he beat Tommy Fleetwood in a playoff at the Scottish Open on Sunday afternoon.
After finishing as runner-up at last week’s Irish Open, Rai battled bravely and delivered a stunning 7-under-par 64 for the final round at the Renaissance Golf Club.
Taking an early clubhouse lead at 11 under par, Rai had to wait, while countryman Fleetwood surged up the leaderboard with a good performance of his own.
