Lee-Anne Pace shot 71 at Miramar Golf & Country Club on Sunday to share fifth place at the Fubon LPGA Taiwan Classic.
It was wet and windy during the final round, but Pace managed her way around the course and birdied the 17th to break par.
Overnight leader Ha Na Jang, who shot a course-record 62 on Saturday, finished off with a round of 71 that included all pars on the back nine.
Her 17 under par total was enough to hold off China’s Shanshan Feng, who carded 66 for sole second, followed by Hyo Joo Kim and Brooke Henderson in a tie for third place.
‘I was like nervous every hole,’ said Jang. ‘Shanshan really good play today. That’s why I got very nervous. And then I’m just simple every hole because weather is just so bad. And then just keep going the fairway and the green. That’s why great score, too. Really happy today.’
Paula Reto finished in a tie for 59th place on seven over par after a disappointing round of 75 on Sunday, which followed a 71 the day before.
