There seems to be little debate about who should win the Player of the Year award on the PGA Tour with Brooks Koepka the clear favourite among his peers.
Koepka powered to a second US Open win before going on to claim the PGA Championship to complete a remarkable return from an injury that forced him to sit out The Masters.
Among the contenders are Bubba Watson, Justin Thomas, Dustin Johnson and Bryson DeChambeau, all of whom have won on multiple occasions this season.
Those feats are not enough to usurp Koepka, according to Tiger Woods and Thomas himself.
‘You win two Majors, you’ve got it,’ said Woods, who ran Koepka closest in the year’s final Major only to come up short.
