South Africa’s James Kamte has been withdrawn from the Alfred Dunhill Championship after his caddie tested positive for Covid-19 at Leopard Creek.
The decision was taken by the Sunshine Tour and European Tour organisers due to the close contact between himself and his caddie.
In line with the South African National Institute for Communicable Diseases’ guidelines, both the 38-year-old Kamte and his caddie will now have to conduct a period of self-isolation.
