The PGA TOUR heads to Korea for the first of three stops in Asia this season for THE CJ CUP @ NINE BRIDGES 2019 with Branden Grace and Dylan Frittelli in the field.
The stakes are high abroad as two of the three last FedExCup champions have won in the Asia swing but for Grace it will be about working up a head of steam before the Nedbank Golf Challenge in November.
The 2017 champion at Sun City has had a lean run and will be hoping to turn in a good week’s work as he looks to secure a place on Ernie Els’ Presidents Cup team.
While he has performed well in the biennial match against the USA, the likes of Erik van Rooyen and Justin Harding have emerged as strong contenders when Els makes his call.
Frittelli starts the week in 24th place in the FedExCup and is looking to bank early success as he tries to move his world ranking back down to the top 50.
