The PGA Tour will shift its attention to the famous Bay Hill Golf Club in Florida this week where a strong field will tee off at the Arnold Palmer Invitational on Thursday.
Rory McIlroy, Tyrrell Hatton and Francesco Molinari will be the first featured group out in the field for round one after being paired together.
The Northern Irishman enjoyed a good outing at last week’s WGC-Workday Championship where he secured a T6 finish, while Hatton settled for T22 after the final round. Molinari’s last event, however, came at the Genesis Open, where he managed a T8 finish.
Bryson DeChambeau, Justin Rose and Jordan Spieth will be another mouthwatering grouping for the first two rounds in Florida.
Featured groups for this week’s @APinv:
? Jordan Spieth
? Bryson DeChambeau
? Justin Rose⛳️ Viktor Hovland
⛳️ Rickie Fowler
⛳️ Jason Day? Rory McIlroy
? Tyrrell Hatton
? Francesco Molinari⛳️ Max Homa

The big-hitting DeChambeau recovered well after a poor start at the Concession to sign off a share in 22nd spot. Rose struggled a bit, though, ending on five over for the week, while Spieth, who has been playing some decent golf lately, also last competed at the Genesis Open, closing in T15.
Viktor Hovland, Rickie Fowler and Jason Day will complete the third featured group for the week, which also poses an exciting prospect for all three contenders.
The exciting Hovland continued to fire at the WGC, where he, too, fought back brilliantly in the final round to push for victory. The Norwegian carded a final-round five under par to finish in second place behind Collin Morikawa.
Fowler’s quest to secure qualification for next month’s Masters will intensify at the APIV where a good performance is crucial. Fowler needs to improve his world ranking this week and can’t afford any further slips.
Day, on the other hand, could prove to be somewhat of a dark horse this week. The Australian had a solid outing last week, concluding in T18.
After his impressive victory at the Riviera a fortnight ago, Max Homa will be eyeing more success over the next four days. He will tee off alongside Patrick Reed and Billy Horschel on Thursday.
All the action will live on SuperSport Golf (213) from 9pm on Thursday.
