Unheralded Brian Harman will join Paul Casey in the final two-ball, while South Africa’s Louis Oosthuizen will have Jim Furyk for company in round three of the US Open.

Co-leaders Harman and Casey will go out last (21:29 SA time), after Brooks Koepka and Tommy Fleetwood tee it up at 21:18 (SA time). All four are on -7, with first-round leader Rickie Fowler (73 on Friday) and Jamie Lovemark (69) one shot behind. The USA duo will get their third round under way at 21:07 on Saturday.
Branden Grace will be the first South African on to the course as he tees it up alongside Kevin Kisner, who recently won the Dean & Deluca Invitational in Texas. Just over 30 minutes later, Oosthuizen and Furyk get their rounds started, with Brandon Stone and Kevin Na the next pairing off.

At 18:44, Ernie Els will start his third round with Sweden’s David Lingmerth as his playing partner. Thomas Aiken, the fifth and final player from South Africa to make the cut, is out straight after that with Yusaku Miyazato (Japan).
