A big Saturday awaits Thomas Aiken at the Zurich Classic of New Orleans after he finished the second round in a share of 10th place.
The two-time European Tour winner is a PGA Tour rookie and this week has a chance to make waves.
After carding 69 on Friday he was 10-under-par for the week, five shots behind midway leader Brian Stuard.
Aiken was bogey free on the stretch during the second round, and needs to keep big numbers off the card on Saturday. If he does so it will give him a shot at the title in a tournament that features world number one Jason Day and upcomers Daniel Berger and Byeong Hun An.
