Z 945 irons
The Srixon Z 945 irons are forged from the highest quality, softest 1020 carbon steel. with a lower carbon content compared to many key competitors, the Z Series irons are high-strength while also exceptionally responsive and smooth at impact. A traditional muscle back design features our thinnest topline and most compact shape, making it the choice for golfers that demand the most workability and control.
To enhance turf interaction and trajectory control, Srixon Z 945 irons feature the newly developed tour V.T. Sole. By increasing leading bounce and decreasing trailing bounce, a “V” is created in the sole profile that has been proven to reduce turf resistance and tighten shot dispersion.
Milling on the face adds surface roughness for additional spin and trajectory control in all conditions, heightened by the double-laser process.
Z-Star XV Balls
The new Z-Star XV has an enhanced Dual Energetic Gradient Growth™ core and Speed Dimples™ for long penetrating distance, and the new Spinskin™ coating provides exceptional control for the “tour” player.
Second generation Spinskin™
The new coating increases frictional force by 18% and overall cover softness by 21% compared to the previous Z-Star, leading to more greenside spin and touch. Adding to this enhancement is the next generation Speed Dimple™ technology, which combines uniformity of dimple design with higher surface coverage, creating more distance and wind resistance.
Within the Dual Energetic Gradient Growth™ core advanced construction optimizes S.T.A.R. (spin, trajectory, acceleration, and responsiveness) performance. Each Srixon golf ball model is designed by strategically balancing spin, trajectory, acceleration and responsiveness for the target player. The result is unmatched performance on every shot.
